NO SHOW - Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require {twenty four hours} notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Because of the increasing amount of no shows, patients who do not cancel or reschedule their appointment and are a no show, will be charged for the session in full using the credit card on file.

Osteopathy
Manual Osteopathy is a hands on therapy which focuses on the treatment of disorders, conditions and injuries via the manipulation of the bones, joints and muscles. The philosophy of Osteopathy is maintain flow of the lymphatic, circulatory and nervous systems and the aim of osteopathic treatment is to aid the body back to self correction. Osteopathic practitioners are trained under the principle that the body is a whole unit and is healthy when all parts are healthy and expressing correctly. Structure and function are interrelated, so if a musculoskeletal structure is out of alignment, it causes functional limitations.
Athletic Therapy
Certified Athletic Therapists are well known for providing on-field emergency care for professional, elite, and college athletes. They are the first responders on the field when someone gets injured and are experts in assessing, rehabilitating, treating, preventing, and facilitating the return to sport, work, or daily life for muscle, bone, and joint injuries. Following the Sports Medicine Model of care, athletic therapists treat a wide range of patients, from youth with concussions to older adults recovering from knee replacement surgery, using manual therapies, modalities, exercise prescriptions, bracing, and taping. An athletic therapist's primary goal is to help clients return to their activities, whether that involves competitive sports or simple daily activities like gardening.
An Osteopathic Approach to Athletic Therapy emphasizes a holistic view of the body, recognizing the interconnectedness of muscles, joints, and organs. Practitioners focus on enhancing the body’s natural ability to heal and function optimally, using techniques such as soft tissue manipulation and mobilization to improve flexibility and reduce pain. This method not only targets injuries but also addresses conditions such as neck pain, back, pain, TMJ and more. By integrating physical assessments with lifestyle considerations, osteopathic athletic therapists aim to enhance performance and support active individuals in achieving their goals.
Concussion Recovery
Our concussion treatment includes the use of a sports medicine assessment to determine your unique rehabilitation program. The use of the Concussion Recovery ProtocolTM (CRP), a gentle rolling touch therapy over specific points on the body that stimulates the soft tissue, lymphatic system, blood flow, fascia, and neuromuscular system, enhances the body's healing mechanisms. Bowen Therapy
Bowen Therapy is a gentle, hands-on treatment used primarily to decrease pain and increase mobility, and reduce stress and anxiety. Bowen is often an effective alternative for those with chronic pain and inflammation, fibromyalgia and for those who prefer a lighter, non invasive approach to manual therapy.
Bowen Therapy may be used as either a primary treatment, or supportive treatment and is used as a supportive treatment in cases where the autonomic nervous system appears to be in need of being “reset” (e.g., constipation, heart palpitation) or for stress management (e.g., management of anxiety).
